Her Interview
Ten minutes with Michelle
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take every day as it comes. Take time for yourself, take time to relax, take time to decompress and do your own thing. If you have to walk away from the work for 5 minutes and then come back to it, sometimes you gotta do that.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Retaining good talent and retention is declining. To really get good talent you have to train them, have mentors, coaches, proper training, good incentives and benefits.
