A line she lives by—and often signs her emails with—is: “Everybody wants the win. Few grind for it.”
Michelle believes deeply in personal accountability and growth. She strives to be the healthiest version of herself, the strongest leader she can be, and someone others feel motivated to grow alongside. Creating that kind of environment—where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired—is what matters most to her.
The work Michelle does today is the accomplishment she’s most proud of. It brings together decades of experience in hospitality and sales with the challenge and pace of the technology world—an industry that demands constant learning and adaptability. What excites her most is being able to apply the heart of hospitality—caring for people and delivering meaningful service—through innovative, forward‑thinking solutions.
Leading a team, working closely with the creator of the platform, and watching progress unfold in real time has been deeply fulfilling. For the first time in her career, Michelle wakes up every day genuinely excited about the work she’s doing—energized by the intersection of innovation, leadership, and staying true to the people‑first values that have guided her from the start.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being inspiring to the people I'm around every day is extremely important to me. I don't come from a place of telling people what to do. I have a tagline at the bottom of my email that says, 'everybody wants it, everyone wants the win, few grind for it,' and I really live that every day. I want to be the healthiest I can be, I want to be the strongest I can be, I want to be the best leader. Being a true person who lives hospitality, which is caring for people and servicing people, is at my core. I love health and wellness and fitness, especially in my 40s. That's a passion of mine that I use for myself, for my family, and literally anybody who wants to talk to me about it. Family is a huge, important part of our life. My husband and I love taking family vacations a couple times a year, and we try our best to get our kids off-grid, at least part of the time, where they have no access to cell phones because we're in the middle of nowhere.
