About Michelle
I am a healthcare professional with a strong background in central sterile processing, call center operations, and healthcare management, currently serving as a Central Sterilization Technician at UPMC, a role I have held since March 2025, where I support sterile processing and patient safety in a healthcare setting. I have also served as Contact Control Specialist L3 at WellSpan Health, where I developed expertise in call center development and electronic medical record systems.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix with a 3.75 GPA and am currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of Phoenix, expected to complete in December 2027.
Across my career in healthcare operations and patient support, my work has been driven by a commitment to patient safety, operational excellence, and continuous learning. Whether I am providing sterile processing services, managing patient communications, or advancing my education in healthcare management and public health, I bring a detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven approach that has made a lasting impact on the healthcare organizations and patients I serve. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue growing as a healthcare professional and public health advocate.
