Ten minutes with Michelle

01What do you attribute your success to?

I think it's because I've been on the other side. I know what students need. I know when students need an extra hand, need that extra assistance, because I've been on the other side, so I have that empathy. Sometimes it's difficult to come into a place and be able to explain exactly what you need. And I feel like I have, I'm able to see things from both sides, the administrative side and the student side.
