I am a senior HR and Talent executive with more than two decades of experience partnering with CEOs, Boards, and executive teams to drive organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, and scalable people strategies across healthcare and life sciences. Currently serving as Vice President, Talent Development at Beth Israel Lahey Health, I lead enterprise-wide strategy for leadership development, workforce capability, organizational effectiveness, and culture and engagement. Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc., I shaped the company’s first comprehensive people strategy during a period of transformation and growth. My career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi, and Flagship Pioneering, where I supported global R&D organizations, major acquisitions, and executive succession initiatives.
