Michelle Staley

Michelle Staley is a dynamic sales leader and media professional, currently serving as Sales Manager for Viaero Fiber. With a strong background in business development and customer engagement, Michelle oversees strategies that drive growth, expand client bases, and strengthen sales teams across multiple states. Her leadership focuses on delivering exceptional connectivity solutions while fostering strong relationships with businesses, carriers, and community organizations.

Prior to her role at Viaero Fiber, Michelle cultivated extensive experience in broadcasting and media. As the host of a weekday morning radio show, she skillfully combined music, live interviews, and community discussions, keeping audiences informed and entertained. Beyond on-air duties, she managed content curation, staff coordination, and marketing initiatives, earning recognition for her innovative approach to engaging audiences and building community connections. Her achievements in broadcasting have been honored with awards from the Colorado Broadcasters Association and the National Association of Farm Broadcasting.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Michelle is an entrepreneur and creative communicator. She founded Busy Breathers LLC, providing solutions for families with children requiring oxygen, and hosts the “Whiskey Wine Whatever Gals” platform, where she showcases beverage artisans and educates audiences on farm-to-glass processes.
