Michelle Stroud

Michelle Stroud is a quality and compliance leader with extensive experience driving operational excellence across the construction, aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, and engineering industries. As a Construction Quality Manager with Aldridge Electric's Mission Critical division, she partners with quality teams supporting data center projects throughout the southern United States. In her role, she develops quality systems, creates training programs, and implements standardized processes that ensure compliance with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes building a culture where quality is viewed as a collaborative process that supports teams rather than criticizes them, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.

Prior to joining Aldridge Electric, Stroud held progressive quality leadership positions with Collins Aerospace, The Timken Company, CEF Industries, and Ecolab, where she led regulatory compliance initiatives, process optimization, audit readiness, and cross-functional quality improvement programs. She holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University and has earned professional certifications in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditing. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her strategic approach to quality management, expertise in regulatory compliance, and ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions that improve organizational performance.

Stroud attributes her success to the unwavering encouragement of her family, particularly her parents, who instilled the belief that no goal is beyond reach, and to the support of her sister and brother, who have remained constant sources of inspiration. She believes that obstacles and skepticism can serve as powerful motivation for growth and achievement. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is committed to serving her community through volunteer work at her church, mentoring young people and participating in initiatives such as Meals in a Backpack.
