Michelle Waite

She is an executive coach, continuous improvement leader, and business consultant with experience in leadership development, strategy deployment, process improvement, culture change, and community engagement. She is the Founder of Waite Consulting Services, where she helps organizations improve scalability, leadership capability, and business effectiveness. Her background includes senior leadership roles at Owens & Minor and Versiti, where she led continuous improvement systems, executive coaching, KPI alignment, learning programs, and community outreach initiatives. She also co-founded FamVested LLC and has taught Applied Lean Six Sigma as an Adjunct Professor at Marquette University.
