Michelle holds both an Associate’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Sacred Heart University, with plans to earn her Therapist license. In her current role, she oversees payroll, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, disciplinary actions, FMLA management, and recruitment. Known for her ability to foster supportive workplace environments and streamline HR processes, Michelle combines operational expertise with a deep commitment to employee well-being.

Outside of work, Michelle is a proud mother of three and enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and occasional event decorating. She is also an avid rollerblader, enjoying local trails and neighborhood streets, which reflects her active and energetic approach to life. Michelle’s professional dedication and vibrant personal interests illustrate a balance of leadership, compassion, and engagement both inside and outside the workplace.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay determined, remain dedicated to your goals, and practice patience as you navigate your career. Success takes time, and perseverance is key.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is ensuring fairness. It’s crucial to create equitable opportunities and environments where everyone can thrive, and addressing this challenge also presents an opportunity to drive meaningful change and set higher standards for inclusivity and integrity.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are clear communication, fairness, and treating others as I would like to be treated. I believe that fostering respect and integrity in every interaction is essential to building strong relationships and achieving meaningful results.
