01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for working with people, my faith, and my commitment to helping others overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As a Christian, my faith serves as a guiding foundation in both my personal and professional life. I find great fulfillment in supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery, whether overcoming substance abuse, gambling addiction, or other life challenges, and empowering them to create healthier, more fulfilling futures. Seeing people grow, achieve their goals, and transform their lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My father once told me that I can do anything.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to take the time to research the opportunities available, understand the different career paths, and explore the potential for growth and earning potential. It is important to be informed about the roles that align with your interests, skills, and long-term goals. Looking back, I wish I had done more of that research early in my career, but I have learned that every experience can lead to valuable opportunities. Stay curious, be intentional about your choices, and trust that with dedication and perseverance, you can build a rewarding career.
