Everything I've built started with belief, as a Christian, trusting in God has been the foundation beneath all of it. This app came from weaving together a deeper understanding of physiology, psychology, neuroscience, theology, and more, guided by that faith at every step.

My love for learning and growth led me somewhere specific: a willingness to get comfortable with discomfort, to do the hard things most people avoid, and to become the kind of person who earns and receives what they're working toward. Hard work and dedication still carry risk — things can fall through the cracks even at the very last moment. But I've learned that trusting in something bigger than myself opens doors and creates opportunities no amount of planning could have conjured on its own.

The best career advice I've ever receives was to never sacrifice your integrity. A person's morals, values, boundaries, and belief systems are all in place to help them become the person that they are today. In any part of life there are opposing sides to each moment, and those are the exact areas that can move a person to real failure or success. I learned early on in life that all things come with a price, but your desire for business and success in this world should not be traded in for pieces of your identity, what makes you, you.

To all the young women entering this industry I advise building a strong sense of identity. Know yourself better than anyone else, be yourself without shame and always better yourself than the last version of you. People will try to influence thoughts about who you should be and will try other things to bring someone down but something that can never be taken from you once you see yourself in its brightest and fullest capacity is self-worth built from knowing your identity. It's important to be your own biggest supporter but it's even more imperative to know that you are not alone, and getting to know oneself is a journey that only produces a magnificent transformation.

As someone who empathizes with many especially in this field of wellness that I chose I needed to learn how to overcome internalizing other people's emotional system while intellectualizing my own. My biggest challenge honestly was my own heart; I needed to first learn and incorporate firm identity and self-perception before engaging with others that may be dealing with mental health issues or simply various though formations. But this sensitivity had the ability to become a great opportunity when it was harnessed correctly. Being able to connect with peers, clients, workers are amazing when you see the impact building connections has on people and how it quickly that environmental shift can spread.

"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things." -Philippians 4:8 I hold this verse dear to my heart and everything that occurs in my life. I believe your entire reality can be shifted the moment one changes their perspective. I've learned our mind carries such a beautiful superpower, which is the ability to make changes. The opportunity in learning how to shift your mindset is one of the most incredible values I've embodied and engage with continuously. Through my growth in my personal relationship with Christ I've gained the choice to see and do things with greater levels of pure intentions. There is a true freedom in being able to experience a situation and change your mind about what was considered negative.
