What do you attribute your success to?
With years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, PEO consulting, OCIP administration, and compliance, I provide strategic, reliable solutions for construction companies, helping them manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and operate safely and efficiently across every project. My expertise allows businesses to reduce administrative burdens, improve workplace safety, and maintain smooth, productive operations from start to finish.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
That simple guidance has shaped my entire journey in the construction and risk management industries. It taught me to push forward even when projects faced unexpected challenges, stay flexible when plans had to change, and view obstacles on job sites or in business operations as opportunities rather than setbacks.
Because of this mindset, I’ve been able to grow, evolve, and embrace new possibilities—both personally and professionally. It fuels my resilience, leadership, and success in helping construction companies operate safely, efficiently, and effectively, while continuously improving processes and outcomes on every project.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women in the construction and risk management industries to uplift and support one another. Collaboration, mentorship, and empowerment help us grow individually and collectively. When women stand together—sharing knowledge, opening doors, and celebrating each other’s wins—we create a thriving, inclusive, and unstoppable professional environment, even in traditionally male-dominated fields like construction. Our unity strengthens careers and inspires the next generation to pursue leadership roles and believe in their potential within the industry.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges in the Construction Industry
The construction sector faces constantly changing regulations, and many companies struggle to stay current, which can create operational gaps and increase risk. Some business owners underestimate the importance of proactive risk mitigation, leading to preventable issues on job sites. Additionally, many construction firms lack the time or resources to manage detailed compliance, OCIP paperwork, or audit preparation. There is also often a misunderstanding of PEO services, with companies unaware of how outsourcing HR, payroll, and risk management can reduce costs and simplify operations.
Opportunities in Construction Consulting
My expertise allows me to guide construction companies through complex regulations, helping them stay compliant while saving time, money, and stress. More firms are recognizing the value of outsourcing workers’ compensation, compliance, and administrative tasks to trusted experts. There is also a tremendous opportunity to educate business owners on safer practices, proper classifications, and risk-reduction strategies. By providing reliable, transparent, and high-quality support, I help construction clients build strong, lasting relationships and operate more efficiently and safely.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
As a mother of three, nurturing and supporting my loved ones is at the heart of everything I do. I’m passionate about art, cooking, and finding creative ways to express myself, but I’m equally committed to giving back.
Through my work in construction risk management and entrepreneurship, I help businesses streamline compliance, reduce risk, and operate efficiently. As the founder of Triple M Multiservices Group, LLC, I specialize in serving the construction industry, providing Workers’ Compensation PEO consulting, OCIP administrative support, certified notary services, and corporate compliance solutions.
Making a positive impact—whether in my community, through my business, or by supporting women and minority entrepreneurs in construction—brings me the greatest fulfillment. Serving others isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am
