I am the Head of Logistics at Emmi Desserts USA, where I have served since October 2025, leading logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory operations across multiple manufacturing facilities and third-party logistics providers, ensuring high service levels, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction. I drive daily execution of inbound, outbound, and cold and frozen storage, achieving 98% order accuracy and 95%+ OTIF delivery, developed and implemented standardized operating procedures across shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation, spearheaded Lean continuous improvement initiatives that optimized warehouse workflows, reduced transportation costs, and improved inventory accuracy, directed cross-functional collaboration across Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, and Quality, and designed and implemented KPI dashboards measuring OTIF, inventory accuracy, freight spend, warehouse productivity, and service metrics. I have directed logistics network optimization projects involving warehouse consolidation, 3PL transitions, transportation routing improvements, and distribution redesign, managed complex supply chain disruptions while maintaining service levels, and ensure compliance with DOT, FSMCA, GMP, and safety procedures while assisting in keeping the facility BRC ready. Previously, I was Director of Logistics and Customer Service at Icelandic Provisions, where I led end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations across multiple U.S. distribution centers, managed a temperature-controlled 3PL network and five million logistics budgets, achieved 98% order accuracy and 95%+ OTIF delivery, managed third-party partners and renegotiated contracts to achieve the annual operating plan, led the monthly S&OP, managed NetSuite enhancements and 3PL integrations, implemented SOPs across 3PL sites improving inventory accuracy by 22%, and oversaw packaging procurement, tech transfers, and raw and packaging materials for national distribution while serving as liaison between Supply Chain and cross-functional groups including Finance, Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality.
