Milena Vidos

Milena Vidos is a sports industry executive and education leader with over 25 years of experience in the field. She serves as Vice President of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), the parent organization of PPR, PCR, and PPTR, where her responsibilities include overseeing education, certification, and membership for coaches across racquet sports. Vidos began her tenure at PTR eight years ago as Education Coordinator and advanced through roles including Director of Development and Director of Education before becoming Vice President. A key focus of her work is the PTRW program, which she created to provide professional development opportunities for women coaches through training on topics such as negotiation, difficult conversations, and building confidence. Prior to her administrative roles, she worked as a tennis coach after earning a Bachelor's in International Business Administration and an MBA with emphasis on Sports Management. She holds tennis certifications for all age groups and levels as well as an injury prevention certification.
