As Founder & CEO of iMPACT Greater Good™️, I lead initiatives that provide direct support to underserved populations through care drives, essential item distributions, and hands-on engagement.

Professionally, I spent over seven years with Centene Corporation, where I led Talent Attraction teams supporting 19 health plans nationwide. My expertise spans full-cycle recruiting, DEI strategy, executive partnership, workforce planning, and enterprise talent operations.

My leadership journey also includes serving as Chapter President for NAAAHR Tampa Bay Chapter, managing nonprofit board operations and strengthening professional HR communities.
