About Mindy
I have been in real estate for 5 years after transitioning from 15 years in the oil and gas industry where my last role was business development in the midstream space. My mom inspired me to enter real estate and both of my sisters are also realtors. I am faith-led and recently changed brokerages while prioritizing time with my family of four and our mini farm.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to defining what success means to me personally, following what Christ tells me to do, taking the pressure off myself, and giving the glory to God in all things. Success for me means being present with my family rather than being the top producer or making the most money.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you've never been an entrepreneur before it can feel overwhelming so first find a really good mentor. Take time to think about your skill set, identify your strengths and weaknesses, go all in to your strengths and find a way to nurture and grow your weaknesses. As realtors we have to wear a lot of hats and we're not going to be good at everything so if you're not good at something you either learn it or you delegate it.
