Her Interview

Ten minutes with Minnie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the values that have guided me throughout my career. I believe in always doing the right thing without compromising integrity or quality. I strive to treat others the way I would like to be treated and believe that authenticity and transparency are essential when making decisions. I also embrace a servant leadership philosophy, recognizing that people are an organization's greatest asset. My focus has always been on supporting and developing others while creating meaningful value for the business.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've received is to focus on creating meaningful impact for the organization rather than pursuing career advancement for its own sake. Throughout my career, I have learned that when you consistently deliver value and contribute to the success of the business, recognition and career growth naturally follow. By prioritizing organizational outcomes over personal ambition, you build trust, credibility, and long-term success.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to never hesitate to pursue opportunities you believe you have earned. Too often, women wait until they meet every qualification before raising their hand, while others are willing to pursue opportunities before feeling completely ready. Be confident in your abilities, advocate for yourself, and seek the opportunities that will help you grow. It is also important to ensure that you have a seat at the table, where your ideas, perspectives, and contributions can influence important decisions.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest challenges in technology today is helping leadership make timely, informed decisions despite having incomplete information. The pace of innovation continues to accelerate, requiring leaders to rely on available data, professional experience, and sound judgment while remaining agile. Organizations must balance speed with thoughtful decision-making to remain competitive in an environment where emerging technologies and competitors are evolving rapidly.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. I believe in making data-informed decisions while remaining authentic, transparent, and committed to doing what is right. I also believe in treating others with respect and compassion, following the principle of treating people the way I would want to be treated. These values guide my leadership style and my commitment to serving others while creating lasting organizational impact.
