About Mira
Mira Eissa is an operations management, administrative support, healthcare administration, international patient coordination, medical interpretation, and executive support professional with experience in logistics operations, senior administrative assistance, patient coordination, medical terminology, interpreter services, healthcare office support, problem-solving, Microsoft Excel, executive scheduling, and cross-cultural communication. She currently serves as Area Manager and Sr. Administrative Assistant-Operations at OnTrac, a position she has held since around 2022 in the logistics shipping industry. Her background includes administrative roles with Brigham and Women's Hospital and international patient coordination with Boston Children's Hospital, where she facilitated papers for international patients coming to the U.S., followed up on treatment plans, and provided interpreter services. She also worked as a contractor across Harvard teaching hospitals including Brigham and Women's and Dana-Farber before moving into her current role, where she applies her management skills and international community experience. Eissa holds an MBA in healthcare management from Western Governors University, which she pursued while working in hospitals and caring for family, as well as a bachelor's degree in English literature.
