Her Interview

Ten minutes with Miranda

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success first and foremost to my faith in God. I truly believe that none of the opportunities I have experienced would have been possible without His guidance, as He has opened doors, placed the right people in my life, and created connections I could never have achieved on my own. Through prayer and spending time with Him, I have gained clarity, direction, and the confidence to move forward with purpose. My faith continues to be the foundation that guides both my personal life and professional journey.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to remember that everything does not happen overnight. Meaningful success takes patience, persistence, and a willingness to trust the process while continuing to work toward your goals each day. I have learned that lasting achievements are built over time through consistent effort, resilience, and faith in the journey.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The best career advice I have received is to remember that everything does not happen overnight. Meaningful success takes patience, persistence, and a willingness to trust the process while continuing to work toward your goals each day. I have learned that lasting achievements are built over time through consistent effort, resilience, and faith in the journey.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I believe one of the greatest challenges—and opportunities—in this field is maintaining confidence in yourself throughout the journey. There will always be obstacles and moments of uncertainty, but believing that success is possible and trusting in your own abilities allows you to overcome those challenges. Confidence, perseverance, and a positive mindset create opportunities for growth and long-term success.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide my work and personal life are integrity, reliability, and keeping my word. I believe trust is built by consistently following through on commitments and demonstrating honesty in every interaction. Whether serving clients, leading my nonprofit, or supporting my community, I strive to be someone others can depend on and trust completely.
