Ten minutes with Miranda

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I think that you can do anything you put your mind to. And that you should always bet on yourself.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Just don't be intimidated by others. Know your worth, and be willing to learn from other people, because older people do have a lot to teach you. But also be willing to stand your ground when you need to.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge has been how the market and marketing has changed since the beginning, especially since 2020 since COVID. Things are different now with a newer generation of professionals who do business differently, and trying to keep up with how they network and what interests them versus the previous group.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is definitely important, doing what I say I'm going to do. Also the value in the service that we provide for customers, and professionalism. It is important to always be professional in everything that you do, even when necessary, treating people with respect and professionalism.
