About Misha
Misha R. Branche is an Associate Project Manager in the fintech and financial services industry, specializing in technology implementations, project coordination, client success, and cross-functional operations. Based in Washington, D.C., she currently works at IntraFi, where she manages concurrent financial-services implementation projects involving project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, testing, and go-live readiness. She serves as a central liaison among Sales, Product, IT and technical teams, Client Services, and external stakeholders, helping maintain alignment and drive projects toward successful completion. Her work also includes risk and dependency management, stakeholder reporting, meeting facilitation, documentation, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
Before transitioning into fintech, Misha built more than two decades of experience across hospitality, guest relations, customer service, and event management. Her previous roles include Guest Liaison Manager with Rose's Restaurant Group, Special Events Manager with Aramark, DC Community Experience/Event Manager with Cove, and Assistant Event Coordinator with Zaytinya ThinkFoodGroup. Through these positions, she developed extensive experience in client and guest relations, event planning, team leadership, operations, revenue-focused strategies, and service excellence. She successfully transferred these skills into fintech, progressing from customer success and project coordination into her current project management role and supporting implementations for major banking institutions.
Misha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from Stratford University, graduating with honors including Cum Laude/Summa Cum Laude distinctions and placement on academic honor lists. She holds an Asana Foundations Skill Badge and is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. A member of the Project Management Institute and the National Association of Professional Women, Misha also contributes to her community through volunteer involvement with organizations including the Ronald McDonald House, Capital Food Bank, and SOME. She credits mentorship, particularly the guidance of Susan Edwards, with encouraging her to take career risks and pursue professional growth, and she advocates for courage, boundaries, self-advocacy, and learning from challenges as important principles for women entering the fintech and project management fields.
