Misti Meiners

As the owner of Discount Heating and Air, I am passionate about not only running my business but also supporting other women in the HVAC industry. I work closely with HVAC Chicks to help mentor and guide women who are coming into the field, creating social media videos to share knowledge and build community. My work focuses on breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for women in what has traditionally been a male-dominated industry. I balance my professional commitments with being a mother to four children, including three daughters and one son, and I understand firsthand the challenges of managing both career and family responsibilities.
