The best career advice I’ve ever received is that success isn’t defined by how smart you are—it’s driven by your grit, your resilience, and your willingness to keep learning and growing.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To young women entering this industry, I’d say: don’t let technology intimidate you. Many roles in tech are highly creative, collaborative, and absolutely well-suited for women. Focus on continuously learning, stay persistent when challenges arise, and most importantly, take action. Confidence grows through doing—so step forward, stay curious, and don’t underestimate the value you bring to the table.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating uncertainty in tariffs, which can impact supply chains, costs, and international business strategy. At the same time, this environment presents opportunities for innovative sourcing, strategic planning, and developing resilient, adaptable business models.
