01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say the most recent advice that I have given the younger employees is that they feel like they have to have the degree to get to where they're at. I was a single mom for many years. I do have a degree, but it is not in this field, so work your way from the bottom to the top is also a successful way to get there. Don't give up. It takes time.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The bigger challenges for me would be the hire and pull. It is very hard to find a good candidate for the roles that we have available, whether it be drivers or office help. There are a lot of single parents that don't have the opportunity to have a full-time position because it's so hard to manage work-life balance, so the pool is very slim.
