Ten minutes with Mohana
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Managing up and managing down is key. Managing down is talking to team and stakeholders but the game changes with managing up - how we communicate to senior stakeholders like VPs in limited time like 5 minutes.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Imposter syndrome is real but we internalize it more. Apply even if you match only 50% of qualifications like men do. Be explicit ask for promotions and hikes. Fake it till you make it. Ask for things you want.
