About Mohsina
Mohsina Asad began her career in healthcare and fitness around 2019, starting at a gym before transitioning to a physical therapy environment. For the past two years, she has worked at Milan Laser, a medical clinic focused on aesthetics and beauty, where she handles consultative sales and manages clinic operations. She earned her associate's degree in Saudi Arabia, her country of birth and upbringing, and has resided in the United States for the past five years while continuing her professional journey.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I really feel like I owe it to everyone that I've been coached under. I've been really blessed to work around with great people, and always women, I would say.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Work hard and with integrity, and just be honest, and be yourself. And as long as you're yourself, people will believe in what you believe in.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Taking the first step is really important for yourself, so make your own decisions and just show up. You know, can gain confidence and be around people that can help you grow.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I definitely value just working hard, and being honest with myself, and to my work, and just making sure that, you know, I get to where I want to be, because it's just I just love everything I do, really.
