About Moji

Moji Jimoh is a strategy and operations leader whose career bridges engineering, business strategy, and large-scale program management. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, she later earned her MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where she was recognized as a Forte Fellow and held multiple leadership positions. Her professional journey began with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, where she spent seven years advancing through engineering, project management, and quality leadership roles, overseeing major infrastructure initiatives, digital transformation projects, and operational improvements that strengthened one of the nation's largest public transportation systems.

Building on her engineering foundation, Jimoh expanded into management consulting and strategic operations. After completing an internship in investment banking with Barclays during business school, she joined Boston Consulting Group, where she advised organizations on strategic initiatives and operational transformation. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Program Management for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, helping coordinate infrastructure, broadcast operations, and venue readiness for one of the world's largest sporting events. Throughout her career, she has consistently combined analytical thinking with collaborative leadership to deliver complex, high-impact projects across transportation, consulting, and global event operations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jimoh is deeply committed to service, lifelong learning, and personal growth. She volunteers as a career coach with America Needs You and has also contributed her expertise as a product manager with Hack for LA. Following a life-changing accident, she has demonstrated extraordinary resilience while relearning to walk, embracing the experience with determination, curiosity, and an unwavering belief in continuous progress. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, cycling, reading, baking, board games, solo travel, and mentoring others. Guided by a mindset of service and a passion for solving meaningful problems, Jimoh continues to inspire through both her professional leadership and her personal perseverance.
