About Moksha
Moksha Bhavsar brings more than seven years of experience to her role in talent acquisition within the tech industry. Her career path began in India with an undergraduate degree in psychology, followed by a master's in counseling psychology that led to her certification as a psychologist there. She gained early professional experience at Rapid Baytech and TechBlick Private Limited, a tech startup, before moving to the United States to complete a second master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology.
Bhavsar holds certifications in psychometric testing, Team CBT level one from the Feel Good Institute in California, and human resource management from Northeastern University. She currently works at Mariana Middles, a software and mining company, where she has applied her expertise despite coming from a family background without prior involvement in the mining sector. She also serves as a board member at Piglet Private Limited.
In addition to her professional roles, Bhavsar has completed internships at Beneficial State Foundation in the United States and CoronaCare, a cancer-serving NGO in India. Her family has supported nonprofit efforts in India, including building basic services such as lavatories, education, and medical support for tribal communities.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's always scary when you start, but eventually things will fall into place. It's a big learning curve, but as you grow you'll understand people and have experiences that help you understand what they require. The more you grow the more experiences you'll have and that is your biggest way of learning.
