My COO Sher McGuffey taught me that just because I can do something doesn't mean I should. Great leadership is about empowering others, not being needed for everything.

Her Interview
Ten minutes with Molley
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my dedication, perseverance, and passion for helping others grow. Throughout my 28-year career, from college sales and retail leadership to founding Incipio Workforce Solutions 11 years ago, I have remained committed to continuous growth and building meaningful relationships. My family is my greatest accomplishment and foundation, keeping me grounded and focused on what truly matters. I also find fulfillment in helping women develop their careers and reach their potential. I believe success begins with a clear vision, which is why I encourage others to set goals and create a three-to-five-year plan for their future.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Surround yourself with people who are smarter than you, give them room to succeed, and never stop learning.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to begin with the end in mind. Define where you want to be in three to five years and develop a clear plan to get there. Starting a business is one thing, but building it with a long-term vision is what leads to sustainable success. Rather than simply creating a job for yourself, focus on building a business that aligns with your goals and the future you envision.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in workforce development today is that businesses still try to solve tomorrow's workforce problems with yesterday's strategies. We still face challenges attracting, engaging, and retaining talent, particularly in essential industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality.
The greatest opportunity is shifting the conversation from simply filling positions to building sustainable workforces. That means understanding what employees actually value, embracing technology and AI to create efficiencies, and recognizing that recruitment and retention are business strategies, not just HR functions.
I believe the companies that will win are those that stop viewing their workforce as an expense to manage and start treating it as an investment that drives profitability, growth, and long-term success.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, authenticity, loyalty, accountability, and relationships are at the core of who I am. I believe in doing what you say you'll do, treating people with respect, and always doing the right thing, even when it's the harder choice. I value hard work, personal growth, and surrounding myself with people who challenge me, inspire me, and aren't afraid to tell me what I need to hear. Family and friendships are my foundation, and I believe success means very little if you don't have people you love to share it with. Above all, I believe in lifting others up, creating opportunities, enjoying the journey, and leaving people and places better than I found them.
