Her Interview

Ten minutes with Mollie

01What do you attribute your success to?

My children are the driving force behind everything I do. They inspire me to push harder, dream bigger, and continuously grow both personally and professionally. Every achievement I reach is rooted in my desire to show them that perseverance, resilience, and hard work can turn even the most difficult challenges into opportunities for success. My greatest hope is that they follow their dreams without being limited by the obstacles I have faced.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

There is no growth in the comfort zone. Every achievement, every promotion, every dream realized starts with someone willing to take that first step into the unknown. Put your best foot forward, believe in your abilities, and trust that you are capable of more than you think.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Set your boundaries early and stand firmly in your worth. Know the value you bring, advocate for yourself with confidence, and never be afraid to use your voice. The strongest leaders are often those who listen first, seek to understand, and respond thoughtfully rather than react emotionally.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

As women in leadership, we don't have to prove that we belong; we already do. Our strength comes from our resilience, our character, and our ability to lead authentically. Stand firm in who you are, embrace your voice, and never be afraid to take up the space you've earned.
