About Mollie
Mollie Pearson is a retired Army Colonel who served in the Army Corps of Engineers and as an Army Acquisition Officer, culminating her military career at the rank of Colonel. Upon retirement, she founded her consulting business and has served as its CEO for 10 years, focusing on helping companies grow and sell to the government to support soldiers and the Department of Defense. Pearson holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Penn State University, a master's degree in organizational leadership from George Washington University, and a master's degree in computer resources and information management from Webster University. She is a certified leadership coach through Maxwell Leadership and is certified in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Throughout her career, Pearson has received numerous honors, including recognition as one of the top 25 Army acquisition officers, the Yellow Rose of Texas, the Federal 100 Award, the Medal of Merit Award, the Meritorious Service Award, and FCA International's Woman Appreciation Award. She maintains active leadership roles in professional organizations such as the Association of the United States Army executive team, Armed Forces Communication Electronic Association as executive vice president and on the executive committee, and the Signal Corps Regimental Association. In addition to her professional work, Pearson has volunteered extensively as a Girl Scout leader, parent leader for a summer dive team, varsity high school swim coach, and youth soccer coach.
