01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't let anything hold you back. You can be a compassionate leader and still be very caring at the same time. As a nurse you're very compassionate and sometimes that can clash with being a leader but you can wear both hats. I struggled with that for years thinking I can't lead people because I'm too compassionate but my mentor showed me it's possible to be a super caring person and a strong leader at the same time.
