About Molly
I am a licensed mental health counselor, entrepreneur, and co-founder with a deep commitment to helping clinicians build sustainable private practices and supporting individuals on their mental health journeys, currently serving as Co-Founder of Private Practice Resource, a role I have held since March 2026, where I built PPR from concept to launch, leading product development, strategic direction, and overall business structure alongside my co-founder. I design and develop Excel-based tools that help therapists understand their financials, price their services confidently, and run more sustainable practices, overseeing the full product lifecycle from design and testing through refinement.
I also serve as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in self-employed private practice, a role I have held since September 2020, where I built and manage an independent telehealth outpatient practice, handling all aspects of clinical care and business operations, including client acquisition, scheduling, billing, and financial management, and provide individual therapy to adults with a focus on practical, goal-oriented treatment.
Prior to my private practice work, I served as Senior Mental Health Clinician and Program Coordinator at the University of Rochester Medicine for nearly three years, where I led and coordinated clinic-wide crisis intervention and group therapy programming, maintained a clinical caseload delivering outpatient therapy to children and adolescents, and supervised Master's-level clinicians. I also served as Mental Health Clinician for over a year and a half, where I provided outpatient therapy to children and adolescents, and as Substance Abuse Counselor at Bay Cove Human Services for nearly three years, where I managed a caseload of thirty-five clients within a Methadone Maintenance Program.
Earlier in my career, I served as Graduate Assistant and Bystander Intervention Program Coordinator at Boston College for over a year, where I led a campus-wide bystander intervention program reaching over three thousand students, recruited, trained, and supervised over sixty undergraduate peer educators, and presented outcomes at a national conference.
I hold a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from SUNY Geneseo.
Across my career in mental health counseling, program coordination, and entrepreneurship, my work has been driven by a commitment to clinical excellence, sustainable practice, and empowering individuals and clinicians to thrive. Whether I am providing therapy, coordinating programs, or building tools for private practitioners, I bring a practical, compassionate, and strategic approach that has made a lasting impact on the clients and clinicians I serve. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue supporting mental health professionals and their clients through Private Practice Resource and my clinical practice.
