About Molly

I am a human resources leader with over a decade of experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development across the hospitality and entertainment industries, currently serving as VP of HR Excellence at AVE by Korman Communities, a role I have held since March 2022, where I lead HR strategy, policy development, and team motivation initiatives to create a positive and accountable work environment.

Prior to this role, I spent over three years at Four Seasons Hotel Boston in progressively responsible roles, including Director of People and Culture for over two years, where I led the People and Culture team to proactively create an inclusive culture for all employees, worked with Division Heads to ensure proper training, partnered with finance and accounting to negotiate employee initiatives, and liaised with corporate and local legal teams to ensure compliance, and as Assistant Director for over a year, where I partnered with departments to ensure HR policies were followed and continuously reviewed employment regulations to ensure compliance. I also served as Human Resources Generalist at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Greater Orlando for over two years, where I regulated FMLA, MLOA, and Workman's Compensation claims, oversaw the recruitment process, and served as chair of the safety committee.

Earlier in my career, I spent over two years at The Walt Disney Company in progressively responsible roles, including Campus Recruitment Coordinator for nearly three years, where I served as program liaison for the Disney Culinary Program, managed full-cycle recruitment, and partnered with functional and operational partners to meet department needs, and as Abilities Management Representative for seven months, where I evaluated operations on both coasts and processed medical leave of absences and accommodations requests. I also served as Casting Services Coordinator for seven months, where I developed and maintained productive client relationships and acted as a resource for policy and procedure.

I hold a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, where I completed coursework in workforce management, benefits management, workforce planning, organizational development, employment law, employee development and engagement, employee relations, payroll, and HR financing and accounting, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Composition from Saint Elizabeth University, where I was Swim Team Captain, involved in Student Government, and served as Editor of the student newspaper.

Across my career in human resources leadership, my work has been driven by a commitment to creating inclusive, accountable, and supportive work environments where employees can thrive. Whether I am leading HR strategy, managing employee relations, or developing talent management initiatives, I bring a strategic, collaborative, and people-centered approach that has made a lasting impact on the organizations and employees I have served. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing HR excellence at AVE by Korman Communities.
