Her Story

About Molly

Molly Reinecke is an Executive Business Coach and Commercial Banker based in Omaha, Nebraska, who is deeply committed to helping business owners and leaders unlock their full potential. With a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Chadron State College and over two decades of experience across banking, operations, and business leadership, she brings a unique blend of financial expertise and real-world operational insight to her coaching practice. Her approach is rooted in practical strategy, accountability, and helping clients move from uncertainty to clear, scalable growth.
Before transitioning into coaching, Molly built a diverse career spanning commercial banking, business development, and multi-location operations management in the hospitality industry. These experiences gave her firsthand exposure to both the financial and operational challenges business owners face daily. Having grown up in a century-old family business, she developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship, resilience, and long-term vision—values that now shape her coaching philosophy.
Today, Molly focuses on executive coaching through ActionCOACH Global and her leadership role with Our Business Owners (OBO), where she helps entrepreneurs strengthen leadership capability, improve team performance, and build businesses that function beyond the founder. Her coaching emphasizes structure, accountability, and leadership development, empowering clients to create organizations that are scalable, sustainable, and designed for freedom rather than dependency.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Molly

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my ability to transform personal challenges into motivation for professional growth. During one of my most successful career years, I also experienced significant personal challenges, which I chose to use as fuel rather than a setback. Instead of allowing difficulties to hinder my progress, I used them to push myself forward. I am driven by a strong aversion to complacency and remain committed to continuous growth, learning, and building toward the next opportunity.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my manager, Chris, at U.S. Bank. She taught me that your personal brand is always being represented, so professionalism and integrity should be consistent in everything you do, both inside and outside of work.

She also emphasized showing up as a top performer while respecting work-life balance and maintaining strong relationships in the workplace. Her example of balancing high standards with a positive, people-centered culture has stayed with me throughout my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to start by understanding the real expectations of the role, as there are often misconceptions about what the work actually involves. It’s important to stay realistic while remaining open to learning and growth. I also encourage leading with value in every interaction—focusing on how you can contribute and support others rather than what you can immediately gain. When you approach your career with the intention to give first, you naturally build stronger relationships, open more opportunities, and often receive far more in return than expected.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are integrity, intentionality, and continuous growth. I believe in practicing what I preach, making thoughtful and well-considered decisions, and staying aligned with my principles rather than acting impulsively. I am intentional about where I invest my time, energy, and resources, ensuring each choice supports my long-term goals. I also prioritize physical and mental well-being, as I believe taking care of myself allows me to show up fully for others. Above all, I strive to keep growing, evolving, and avoiding complacency in everything I do.
