She is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and nonprofit leader with experience in business strategy, organizational development, education, and community-focused leadership. She has served as CEO of Kids of Valor Academy since 2018, leading the organization’s operations and development, while also working as a self-employed Business Consultant at Good Ground Business, providing strategic business guidance. Her background combines business analysis, networking, entrepreneurship, and leadership, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an MBA focused on Small Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
