What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the drive to provide for and set an example for my daughter, as well as the leadership lessons I learned from my mom, who manages nursing staff at multiple health clinics in California. Managing multiple locations has also taught me resilience and the importance of hands-on leadership.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to ask questions, be a self-starter, and take leaps of faith—learn as you go, knowing that support is always available within the company.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunities in my field right now stem from Enterprise Mobility’s rebrand, which opens new business avenues and internal career paths, such as advancing to area manager roles overseeing multiple locations.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are putting people first—focusing on both customer service and employee development—while also making time for my daughters and enjoying simple personal moments like walks, shopping, and self-care.
