Monica Browning

I am a real estate consultant and parenting consultant with a strong background in education, organizational leadership, and client-centered service, currently serving as Real Estate Consultant at Sotheby's International Realty, a role I have held since February 2026, where I help clients navigate the Monterey County real estate market with expertise and personalized service. I also serve as a Parenting Consultant at Home and Harmony Parenting, a self-employed role I have held since January 2024, where I support families through writing, coaching, and organizational leadership.

Prior to these roles, I served as Licensed Realtor at Over The Moon Realty, Inc. for over seven years, where I built my real estate practice in Monterey County, and as Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. for nearly two years in Carmel, California. Earlier in my career, I served as Program Curriculum Coordinator at the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia for over two years, where I developed and coordinated infant and toddler programs, served as a preschool teacher, and taught specialty classes.

I hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a 4.0 GPA and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a Concentration in Multi-Subject Teaching from Brandman University.
