01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Anything repetitive will be replaced by AI. Be creative, have a different perspective, be open, and really try to learn the skill set like working with cross-functional teams, be able to drive the projects, those management skills, and be creative. Be the guru of your team, the glue. Soft skills will help you go further.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Competition and complications with many AI tools and applications. People get lost. Utilize tools to be more productive without being scared that AI will replace you. Be the master of AI tools, not their slave. You are the mind behind.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being resilient. There are so many up and down moments. Trust in yourself, ask yourself what you want in life, go for it, do it. Don't complain. Don't give up. Be resourceful, talk to people, ask for opinions, and be persistent.
