She has held progressive HR roles within the organization since 2013, building deep expertise in employee relations, labor relations, and operational HR support in the energy sector. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Technology and Industrial Management from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate of Applied Science in Process Technology with a Petroleum Specialty from Kilgore College. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI and holds Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certification.
