What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to do your homework and truly learn your craft. Seek out a strong mentor, and take the time to listen, observe, and learn from their experience. The guidance of someone knowledgeable can be invaluable in shaping your growth and success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I face in my field is being a woman in construction. It requires consistently showing up, proving your capabilities, and striving to be the best in order to earn respect and opportunities. At the same time, this challenge presents an opportunity to break barriers and set an example for other women aspiring to succeed in the industry.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity and reliability. I strive to always do the right thing and to keep my word, as I believe these principles build trust and lasting relationships.
