She is the Founder and Creative Director of Monica Violet Joy Productions, where she leads content creation, consulting, production, publishing, digital marketing, and creative strategy for clients including Apple, Disney, Netflix, and Nickelodeon. Her background also includes senior project and program management at Verizon, launch strategy work with Calm, consulting production for Netflix, and executive production leadership at Laughing Dragon Studios.
