Monica Joy

Monica Joy serves as Lead Project Manager in the construction industry. She entered the field in 1992 upon graduating with a bachelor's degree in interior design from NYIT. Her early work in architectural firms involved managing permit documents, which led to roles in project management, senior project management, and eventually her current position as project management lead. She has also held positions as director and assistant director for construction. Working in a male-dominated industry as one of the few women starting out, Monica has advanced her career through ambition and support from mentors, focusing on managing teams, general contractors, architects, and engineers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction.
