What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to embrace every opportunity as a chance to learn. Every project, challenge, and experience—big or small—will teach you something valuable and help shape your confidence, skills, and perspective.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating zoning regulations. Understanding and adapting to these rules is critical, but it also presents opportunities to creatively leverage spaces and projects that align with community needs and market demands.
