01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be scared to go in and work your dream job. Always see if you can do some kind of volunteering before you start the job, maybe like a mentoring program which they have Focus Forward for young troubled youth. To see if that's something that they want to do like work in the institution and talk to these kids individual and they can see on a day-to-day basis how they act and how the officers treat them and if that's something they like then to apply for it.
