I am a corporate social responsibility and philanthropic strategy leader with extensive experience in non-profit management, institutional advancement, and community engagement. Currently, I lead U.S. Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and The Embraer Foundation, designing programs that create measurable social impact and foster partnerships with communities, employees, and corporate stakeholders.

Previously, I served in senior roles at United Way of Brevard, Wiley College, and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, managing multi-million-dollar advancement portfolios, corporate sponsorships, and DEI strategies. As President & CEO of Stratica Group, I provided philanthropic management and event production services for corporate, non-profit, and celebrity clients, delivering programs that ranged from education and mentorship initiatives to sustainability and public affairs campaigns.

I specialize in strategic program development, resource mobilization, corporate and community partnerships, and impactful program execution. I am passionate about leveraging corporate resources and philanthropic efforts to empower underserved communities, support education, and drive meaningful social change.
