What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is managing and growing multiple business offices currently six in total. Coordinating operations, maintaining consistent quality, and fostering strong teams across locations can be complex, but it also provides the opportunity to expand our impact, implement best practices firm-wide, and innovate in how we deliver services to clients. Successfully balancing these demands allows me to strengthen the organization while creating growth opportunities for both the business and the people I work with.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, balance, and family. I believe in staying committed and giving my best to everything I do, whether it is running my business or supporting my clients. Outside of work, I prioritize health and wellness. Going to the gym regularly helps me stay energized and focused, and I cherish time with my family, taking pride in raising successful, happy children.
