Monica Neecy Earl Semple

I am a published author, motivational speaker, business owner, and quality assurance professional with a deep commitment to empowering others through words, wellness, and advocacy, currently serving as a Published Author at BOBM Publishing, LLC, a role I have held since October 2021, where I wrote a manifestation journal to seek clarity and peace from God during a hard trial and tribulation that was bigger than me. I also serve as a Motivational Speaker at Neecy's, a role I have held since October 1993, where I advocate for domestic violence and disability awareness, standing up for the rights of mothers and individuals whose struggles are often hidden.

I am the Owner of Neecy Soft and Sweet, LLC, a role I have held since October 2020, where I create holistic organic natural products including shea butters, oils, soap, and candles, available at www.neecysoftandsweet.com.

Prior to my current roles, I served as Quality Assurance Specialist at the Pentagon for over seven years, where I monitored million-dollar contracts, performed quality assurance inspections for the Secretary of Defense and other major areas, and managed time and payroll systems. I also served as Executive Lead at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling for over three years, where I supported operations during the BRAC transition to the Pentagon.

Across my career in quality assurance, advocacy, authorship, and wellness entrepreneurship, my work has been driven by a commitment to serving others, standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves, and using my voice and platform to inspire and heal. Whether I am writing books, creating natural products, speaking on domestic violence and disability advocacy, or ensuring quality in government contracts, I bring a compassionate, resilient, and purpose-driven approach that has made a lasting impact on the lives of others. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue my journey of service, advocacy, and entrepreneurship.
