01What do you attribute your success to?
I really pride myself on hard work and strong results. Strong relationships with clients and customers coupled with strong results and numbers.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
There's no such thing as a perfect work-life balance. It might look like 70-30 or 30-70, and it's about finding the right balance for that day.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't underestimate or undersell yourself. Have the confidence to share your ideas and speak up in a room, even if you think you're not the most qualified or most tenured one there.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Inflationary pressure, rising cost of goods, and fuel prices. Finding the right balance of offsetting those costs without putting too much pressure on consumers.
