What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a lifetime of hard work, dedication, and faith. After spending 37 years in the field and retiring as an Independent National Sales Director Emeritus with Mary Kay, I now focus on what truly matters to me. I am committed to putting God first in every aspect of my life and seeking new opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This next chapter is about purpose continuing to inspire, uplift, and serve others, which I believe is my true calling.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can achieve anything I set my mind to, as long as I follow my heart. This simple yet powerful guidance has shaped every step of my journey, reminding me to lead with passion, stay true to my values, and trust that perseverance and faith will always lead to success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in themselves and follow their dreams with confidence and purpose. You have the power to make a difference trust your instincts, stay true to your values, and never underestimate the impact of hard work, perseverance, and a genuine heart.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity I see in my field right now is the ability to use my God-given talents to make a meaningful difference in the world. I am exploring new career opportunities that align with my mission of faith and service, particularly in supporting Pro-Life initiatives and helping women at my local pregnancy resource center. This next chapter allows me to combine my experience, passion, and purpose to create lasting impact in the lives of others.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are faith, service, and legacy. I strive to put God first and to see His work reflected through the lives of others and within the community. I am also deeply passionate about honoring the memory of my sister by sharing the title of National Sales Director with her, keeping her spirit and accomplishments alive in all that I do.
